How do I request therapy services?
Call 1-910-833-1849. Follow the voicemail prompts to leave a message. Include a good time to receive a call back. Eleena will return your call within 24 business hours unless otherwise noted.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Not at this time. All therapy sessions will be on a video call.
How do I cancel an appointment?
To cancel an appointment, please call 910-833-1849 or logon to the patient portal to send your therapist a message. Note that all cancellations must be made 24 hour or more in advance or you may incur a late cancellation fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and HSA cards.
Do you bill insurance?
Not at this time. All therapy sessions must be paid in full at the time of service. A detailed receipt/superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company to reimburse you for out-of-network benefits.
