Meet Eleena Hardzinski, A North Carolina & South Carolina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Online Therapy for Overwhelmed and Stressed-Out Women Throughout North Carolina and South Carolina
About Me
Hi, I’m Eleena
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Brainspotting Therapist who works with overwhelmed and stressed-out women who have ongoing challenges with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and other changes or transitions in life.
My goal is to help you stop feeling overwhelmed and stressed out over day-to-day routines and start guiding you to where your life starts to feel manageable again.
My Journey To Becoming A Therapist and Opening Mosaic Reflections Therapy
I’m no different from the clients I see. Like everyone else, I’m human. I’ve been through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help.
As a therapist specializing in helping overwhelmed moms, I understand the unique challenges you face every day. I am deeply committed to supporting mothers in finding balance, managing stress, and improving family relationships. My approach is grounded in empathy, practical strategies, and a genuine passion for helping you reclaim your sense of self and joy in motherhood. I’m here to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, heal from past traumas, and build the confidence you need to thrive.
My life experiences are what lead me to become the therapist I am today.
Helping People is What I Look Forward To Every Day
Being a Therapist is inspiring!
I love guiding people towards positive changes and watching their lives flourish. The most rewarding thing about being a Therapist is seeing a person walk away lighter, more free, and more excited about their life.
I am committed to helping you love life again!
I Have A Strong Pull Towards Helping And Bring Supportive And Encouraging Energy To Sessions
I have a natural ability to:
- Uncover what’s under the surface
- Explain mental health symptoms in an easy to understand way
- Inspire hope for getting better
- Help clients heal their past and manage the present
People who know me often say that I am a good listener who can help people through difficult and stressful times.
Our Sessions Are Focused On You
Let It Out
Sessions will provide you with the space to express your thoughts and feelings. In feeling safe and comfortable, you’ll be able to be yourself and be understood and heard.
Be Yourself
It’s important to me to provide a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and stay open to any feedback and questions you may have.
Therapy Tailored For You
There isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
As A Therapist, I Embrace The Following Philosophies
I believe…
- You deserve to feel better
- Sometimes small steps in the right direction end up being the biggest steps in the end
- The biggest thing standing in your way is the fear that life always has to be the way that it is now
- If we continue to keep working and believing in ourselves we can be in a completely different space sooner than we think
- Even if we feel like we’ve lost hope, it’s possible to show up, commit to ourselves, and do what it takes to start feeling better
My Professional Background
More about Eleena
In 2007, I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College in Madison, WI. Since then, I’ve been working with parents, children, teens, and adults who are having a difficult time adjusting to life transitions, are worried or anxious, struggle with motivation or finding joy in life, and have current symptoms related to past traumas or significant emotional events.
For several years, I worked as an intensive in-home therapist and see great value in working with individuals in their home.
From there, I transitioned into an outpatient group practice. While working as an outpatient therapist (at an office), I missed the genuine authentic presentation my clients had while I was meeting with them in their home. My clients, who were in outpatient therapy, did not need the level of intensity that in-home therapy provided. As an online/virtual/Telehealth therapist, the best of both worlds are combined. I am able to see the authentic presentation of what real life is like in you home and can quickly see the struggle points that you may be having.
I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Wisconsin. I have specialized training in Brainspotting, Early Childhood Trauma, IFS Parts Work, and Attachment Therapy. I have an accepting, supportive, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
