As A Parent, Do You Feel Stressed, Guilty, or Overwhelmed?
It’s exhausting being a parent when…
- You fight all the time with your child.
- You plead with your child to be good in the store and they start screaming immediately as you walk in the door.
- You’re struggling with your child’s behaviors and emotional melt downs and don’t know how to handle them.
- You feel you don’t have a connection with your older child or teen.
- Your energy levels are at an all-time low.
- You have an extremely busy schedule that doesn’t let you rest.
- You feel like you’re living at a frenzied pace leaving you frazzled and stressed.
- You feel like there are so many things to manage and your forever growing “to do list” leaves you feeling completely overwhelmed.
I want you to know that even though you might sometimes feel like a failure as a parent, that couldn’t be further from the truth. It takes courage to become aware of what you are going through and ask for help. It’s not selfish to prioritize caring for yourself. You don’t have to always prioritize work or your family’s needs over your own needs.

How Online Parenting Support Works
Parenting Support consists of 50-minute, parenting sessions that help you work through your concerns. In addition to listening, I will guide you towards solutions and motivate you with ideas, I play an active role. Here’s how it will work step-by-step:
1. First, I provide a safe, accepting space so that you will feel comfortable sharing your parenting struggles with me.
2. Through hearing your story, I will start to get a picture of what your challenges are with your children.
3. We will start with helping you with immediate parenting concerns like managing difficult emotions and challenging parenting situations.
4. We will also work to discover what your parenting goals are in therapy.
5. Keeping your unique goals in mind, we’ll figure out what’s needed to help you reach them.
6. Over the course of our sessions, you will start making progress towards the life you desire with your children.
Research shows that Parenting Support can positively change your thinking, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors. It can help you let go of what’s holding you back.
